I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. The General Terms and Conditions set forth below (hereinafter the ‘Terms’) govern the relationship between MyLawyerChat and the User who contracts the services offered by this website. The use of legal services and legal advice provided by MyLawyerChat implies acceptance by the User of these conditions.
2. The current Terms and Conditions are made available to the user and must be read and accepted at least at the time of first use of MyLawyerChat.
3. MyLawyerChat reserves the right to modify, in whole or in part, and at any time, the General Terms and Conditions of use of the Online Counselling service, informing the user by means of a notice of modification of the General Terms and Conditions. In any case, it is recommended to periodically consult the General Terms and Conditions of this service. The modification does not require prior notification to the user, and will come into force at the time of publication of the new version on the website. If the User does not accept or does not agree with the modifications, he/she can stop using the Online Counselling service at any time.
4. By accessing the MyLawyerChat website, the User agrees to be bound by both the General Terms and Conditions of Use and the Terms and Conditions of Use.
II. DEFINITIONS
1. Administrator of the MyLawyerChat Service:

3. User: natural person who acquires the legal and legal advice services offered by MyLawyerChat.
4. Content: means all messages, text, files, images, images, graphics, illustrations, information, audio, video, photographs, data and other content and materials in any format, provided by the User in the Conversations.
5. Conversation: means the exchange of information, between the User and MyLawyerChat, in the course of the legal advice.
6. Message: means the questions and answers message exchanged between the User and MyLawyerChat in a Conversation.
7. Online Advice Service: legal and legal advice service offered by the IA.
8. General Terms and Conditions: the present document that governs and regulates the manner of use of the Online Counselling Service, the conditions of the service provided and the procedure related to complaints.
III. USE OF MYLAWYERCHAT AND CONTRACTING PROCESS.
Through the Online Advice Service, the User will be able to ask all kinds of legal and juridical doubts to the AI, obtaining personalized attention upon payment of the service.
1. Service provided by MyLawyerChat: MyLawyerChat is a legal and legal advice website with the help of artificial intelligence.
2. Free Trial: MyLawyerChat may offer Free Trials, of varying duration to allow the User to get to know the functions of the service. Free Trials do not entitle the User to a refund or financial compensation as it is a free sample of the service offered. Users have full rights with regard to their data and may at any time exercise their right to access, rectify or delete personal data.
3. Purchase of the service: to make a purchase, the User must access the website and enter the personal and payment details requested. The prices established include the different applicable consumption taxes. The automatic request system collects the data entered by the User. Once the purchase process is completed, the User will receive an email confirming the order and the identification number.
By making the payment, the User accepts the Terms and Conditions set out above, which the User has been able to consult prior to the purchase or at any time. By initiating a conversation with MyLawyerChat, the User accepts the General Terms and Conditions of use of the Online Chat service, and declares to have
a) to have read the General Terms and Conditions of use;
b) to use the online counselling service on a voluntary basis;
c) to have provided truthful data.
4. Payment methods: payments will be made by credit/debit card via the Stripe payment platform.
5. Languages: the service is provided in English, Spanish, Dutch and French.
6. Disclaimer: neither MyLawyerChat nor the administrator of the service can be held responsible for any bugs or errors in the service as it is under development and users are aware of this with this disclaimer.
7. Right of withdrawal: Article 103 of the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users establishes as an exception to the legal right of withdrawal the supply of digital content that is provided without material support; therefore, the MyLawyerChat service does not have any kind of withdrawal period.
8. Cancellation of Orders: MyLawyerChat will not make any refund for cancellation of services.
9. Unsubscription from the service: the User has the right to unsubscribe from the service offered by MyLawyerChat at any time, if the subscription is cancelled, access to the service will automatically cease, which does not imply a refund of the purchase made.
10. Fair Use Policy: All MyLawyerChat Users are subject to a fair use policy whereby they may not have multiple people logged into their account.
11. Chat Logging: In order to improve the quality and security of the services provided, each chat conversation will be recorded on the Service Administrator's server computer in the form of chat logs in a database. The initiation of a conversation is considered equivalent to the expression of your consent to the recording of the Chat.
12. By registering, the user accepts that their personal data may be used to send commercial communications related to our activities, services and news (newsletter). If you do not wish to receive such communications, you must expressly inform the data controller.
IV. SCOPE OF LIABILITY OF THE ADMINISTRATOR'S SERVICES
1. The administrator of the service undertakes to use its best efforts to ensure the full and continuous availability of the online counselling service, but is not responsible for the availability of the service.
2. In particular, the Service Administrator is not responsible for interruptions and anomalies in the use of the chat service, if they are caused by:
(a) Outages or interruptions necessary for the repair, replacement, expansion, modification or maintenance of software or equipment; incidents or interruptions in the normal operation of the network.
(b) Reasons beyond the control of the Service Administrator (force majeure, acts/omissions of third parties).
3. The service administrator is not responsible for the way in which the Online Counselling service is used by members, nor for the content provided by members and the validity of such content.
4. The service administrator shall also not be liable for the non-functioning or improper functioning of the Online Advice service caused by third parties (in particular: telecommunications service provider, Internet access providers and energy energy providers).
The Service administrator shall not be liable for damages caused by acts or omissions of a User or Third Party for misuse of the Online Advisory service for malicious purposes, which violate the provisions contained in these Conditions, and/or contravene applicable regulations, nor shall it be liable for damages resulting from the User's submission of incomplete or inaccurate information and/or data.
V. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
The possible liability of MyLawyerChat shall be governed by the provisions of national and international legislation that may be applicable and, in particular, in the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users.
Users have the right to lodge a complaint about the Online Advice service. They may submit their complaints, claims and suggestions to the following e-mail address: info@mylawyerchat.ai. In addition, proof of purchase must be provided.
Within one month, MyLawyerChat will assist the User in taking the necessary steps to resolve the complaint. The User may grant access to the complaint to third parties provided that authorisation is provided.
The facts constituting the complaint must be available for verification, without alteration. If it refers to an event that took place in an offline or online event, photos, videos, audios or other elements of proof may be provided.
VI. PERSONAL DATA
MyLawyerChat S.L., CIF B02883437, is responsible for the treatment of the data provided by the User.
Your personal data are processed in order to respond to your query, doubt or suggestion based on the legitimate interest of the data controller. Users' data are protected in accordance with current legislation, using technical and electronic means of protection and strict procedures that prevent access to the User's personal data by unauthorised persons.
Your data will be kept only for the time necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, and will be blocked for the purpose of possible future claims for the maximum period established by law, according to the statute of limitations for legal actions.
In our activity, you can exercise your rights as a data subject in accordance with the provisions of the RGPD.
In this regard, you have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification, deletion, limitation, portability and to object to its processing. Please also remember that in the event that the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time.
You may exercise your right of access to request information about how we process your personal data, including the purposes of the processing, categories of data, recipients of the data, data retention period, the possibility of rectifying or deleting your data, the right to lodge a complaint, the origin of your data, the existence of automated decisions and other information which you can also find in this text.
You may exercise your right of rectification to request the correction of any of your data when they are outdated, incomplete or incorrect, so that we have your data as up to date as possible.
You may request the deletion of your personal data when they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, when you withdraw your consent (if you have previously given it), when you object to their processing and no other legitimate grounds for the processing prevail, or when the data have been processed unlawfully or in compliance with a legal obligation.
Where you contest the accuracy of your data or object to the processing of your data, you have the right to restrict the processing of your data while we verify its accuracy in relation to your particular situation (for example, if you have suffered fraud). You can also restrict processing where it is unlawful and you object to the deletion of your data.
You can object to the processing of your personal data on the grounds of your particular situation. Exercising this right will, in principle, prevent the processing of your data. However, please note that this will not be the case if we can prove that there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your request, or for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims.
Therefore, please note that we may not delete or cease to process your personal data to the extent that we need to process it in order to defend or enforce our rights under a contract with your creditor, such as to claim payment of a debt, or where we are required by law to retain it. If we limit the processing of your data at your request, we may continue to process your data for the purpose of handling claims.

In case of reasonable doubt as to your identity, we may ask you for proof of identity.
Remember that if you are not satisfied with the response or believe that your data is not being processed correctly, you can always contact our Data Protection Delegate for clarification, or you can directly file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, located at C/ Jorge Juan, 6. 28001 - Madrid.
VII. FINAL PROVISIONS
1. The owner of the Online Advice service is MyLawyerChat S.L.
2. All suggestions related to the Online Chat service should be sent to the following e-mail address: info@mylawyerchat.ai
3. MyLawyerChat S.L. as administrator of the service reserves, in any case, the right to refer users of the Online Chat to any other channel of communication with the entity.
4. MyLawyerChat S.L. is not responsible for any damages that users may suffer as a result of the use of the service, as well as those that may be due to the lack of validity, completeness, accuracy, and / or authenticity of the information that users provide about themselves.
5. MyLawyerChat S.L. shall not be liable for damages that may be due to the impersonation of a third party by a user in any kind of communication, in the event of having correctly carried out the corresponding identification policies.
6. For the resolution of any dispute or discrepancy that may arise in the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions of Use of the Online Advice service administrator, MyLawyerChat S.L., the parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, to the jurisdiction and competence of the user's place of residence in Spain, and shall be governed by Spanish legislation and regulations.
7. In all matters not provided for in these General Conditions, the provisions of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other applicable national and international legislation shall apply.
